HR projects vary in degree and size, and are quoted a flat fee, based on the scope of each individual project – rather than an hourly rate. With this approach, you know exactly what your HR expenses are and just what that investment has accomplished for your company. This can be a big help when planning and budgeting for your business needs.

HR “On-Retainer” Services

Our “HR Pre-Paid Retainer” service offers a client the ability to access to HR Consultation 24 hours x 7-days/week for a low cost.

The way this works is pretty simple…

A client pre-pays for a definitive block of HR Consulting time (for example, 4 or 10 hours) – the retainer remains “on the books" for up to a 2-year period of time.

The time can be used up in as little as 15-minute increments. (which is typically the length of a phone call consult)

Once the time is used up, the client can renew with another block of pre-paid hours.

It’s kind of like having a “Rechargeable HR Gift Card!”

Most importantly, with this plan, a client has the benefits of having an HR Manager on-staff (without the expense of a hefty salary, benefits, workers' compensation, liability insurance, etc.)
